Birth Package

The birth of a child is an event that you'll remember for a lifetime and I want to help make it as satisfying and empowering as possible. Helping you prepare for birth and non-judgemental, physical and emotional support on the day, the birth package is comprised of:

- 3 two hour prenatal visits with information about pregnancy, birth and postpartum period
- walking you through your fears, questions and desires
- helping you plan your birth plan / preferences list and create affirmations to use during labour
- helping you create a postpartum plan for immediately after birth and the first few weeks at home
- discussing the importance of an active birth and practise of positions
- having me on-call for 2 weeks prior til 2 weeks after your guess date
- assistance with helping you create a beautiful labour space, or birth space if having a home birth
- attendance at the birth of your baby from when you need me 'til your bub is settled in your arms and had a feed
- I'll help maintain a calm and positive environment, utilize massage, feed and hydrated you, keep your partner energised and focused, take photos on your camera if there's time, physical support in changing and maintaining positions and generally being there for you as you need.
- assistance explaining terminology, hospital policy and your options
- 2 postnatal visits in your home, including a birth debrief and a meal (if desired)
- contact via phone, txt and email to answer any questions or seek support along the way
- access to my library and resources
- birth snack ideas and herbal tea to sip and share
-virtual support for those located regionally

The Birth Package can be paid in instalments with full payment due at week 36 of pregnancy.
